Wine Council of Ontario- Winter Wine Fair for Hotel and Restaurant Trade
1-2:30pm Wine Seminar - Government Conference Centre (topic TBD, open to restaurant wine buyers, media and educators). Space will be limited to 50 select registrants.
2-4:30pm Wine Show Tasting - Governement Conference Centre (open to restaurant wine buyers, sommeliers, servers, educators and media) Open to 250+ guests.

You will take part in an exclusive tasting of 100% local wines, including aromatic whites and cool-climate reds, presented by the Wine Council of Ontario, in partnership with wineries from the Niagara Peninsula, Lake Erie North Shore, Pelee Island and Prince Edward County.
